Office boredom

I am so sleepy. Air in the office is bad. Stuffy.. still.. cold.. bacteria-infested. *Sigh*

Dunhill menthol ain't helping. The 2 cups of extra-bitter coffee after that proved useless too *YAWNS*

Anyways. Conducted my first training in the company yesterday. Went great! There were the expected grouses and all, but I managed to seek their understanding. The girls in both sessions were awesome. We had a chat after the training and had some really good laughs. "Detoxification via laughter" as I term it. Excellent stuff for the soul. =)

And during lunch discovered yet ANOTHER similar taste between me and Coco. It's amusing how alike we can be, our tastes in all things from fish to choice of alcohol. Gal you should be grinning to yourself as you read this, haha. From the 1st day I started work (when we were gushing over oysters and sashimi) till today (where we gushed at the PSA fella), almost everyday we'll find something to say "Hey i like xxx too!" to. Even Angeline's super amused, said we should have been sisters or something.

Wore the company's polo-shirt today and most guys who saw it said "cute". Well apparently most gals in the office don't wear or have never worn it before. Stupid Clarence said I look like "schoolgirl. OLD schoolgirl" (cos' I paired it with a pleated skirt). Well, I find it cute! Maybe I was too used to wearing my bowling jerseys which were all polo shirts.

By the way I'd pick up bowling competitively again. Realised it is rather big in Brunei. At least I won't be so bored when I eventually move. Who knows maybe I can make it to youth squad again. Grins. But gotta find a good coach first. Perhaps I should give Uncle William a courtesy call soon.
